Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 with an employee benefits package

General Job Description: One of Newbold’s top clients seeks an Electrical BIM Tech to design power, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. The perfect candidate will be a highly organized, positive professional working closely with team members using excellent communication skills to schedule, budget, and fully grasp the project scope of work. While simultaneously utilizing their skills to draft preliminary layouts from engineering notes, sketches, and/or other drawings ensuring company and industry standards and codes are met.

Job Requirements:

• An Associate or Technical Degree in Design/Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required. 2+ years' experience working as an electrical BIM technician is also applicable.

• Knowledgeable in design models and drawings.

• Must be highly organized and able to work on several projects, a multitasker, and comfortable working independently and effectively in a team environment to deliver projects.

• Working Experience in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD. MicroStation is a plus.
