Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 with an employee benefits package

General Job Description: One of Newbold’s top clients seeks a high-energy, early professional, or recent grad to fill a much-desired Electrical Engineer position. The perfect candidate will eagerly support Senior Engineers with critical designing of power, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems for structural construction projects. Your skills will be put to good use while creating and reviewing engineering plans, designs, reports, or studies to identify engineering solutions with the guidance of a Professional Engineer (PE).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years' experience working as an electrical Engineer-In-Training (EIT), or Engineering Intern (EI) certification.

• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and current electrical engineering software (e.g., Visual Lighting, AGI 32, SKM Power*Tools). MicroStation is a plus.

• Must apply and maintain knowledge of National, State, and Local codes along with industry standards.
• Commitment to complete The Principals and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam within a dedicated time frame. Candidates must obtain their PE license for career progression.
