Your challenges

Team Lead:

Foster a collaborative and innovative Americas Digital Marketing team. Determine deliverables and prioritize tasks.

Representation:

Represent Americas Market Region as a key user for digital channels with global stakeholders.

Digital Landscape:

Keep abreast of online marketing environment, new developments, changing best practices, algorithm updates, etc.

Training:

Update marketing team on digital best practices.

Collaboration:

Work alongside regional, global and corporate marketing teams to drive alignment and comradery.

Tasks:Digital Marketing

Marketing Automation:

Provide strategic guidance for, and drive marketing automation including campaign strategy, asset building, programming, testing, deployment and analysis.

Email Marketing:

Manage editorial calendar, provide guidance on best practices and learnings, build, deploy, and evaluate emails.

Digital Advertising:

Collaborate with agency to drive digital ad strategy and budgeting including Google Ads (PPC/Paid Search) and Google Display Network (Display), provide consultation for 3rd party display ads.

Social Media:

Develop the regional social media strategy in-line with global direction, manage editorial calendar, create and schedule posts, manage influencers, oversee social listening, track budget, posting and metrics.

Website, Landing Pages & eCommerce

Web Page Development:

Manage microsite and campaign landing page process, briefing documents, building, content management, activation and overall page success.

Forms:

Own form management and creation including aligning with stakeholders (e.g. global teams, marcomm team).

Website Backend Management & Maintenance:

Oversee product listings, promotions, banners and eShop including PIM maintenance.

SEO:

Drive regional SEO strategy and plan, develop recommendations to increase visibility and ranking work and align with stakeholder to execute on.

Data and Analytics

KPIs:

Support in determining KPIs and benchmarks for activities.

Data & Analytics:

Capture and analyze data for digital channels, determine success metrics, identify areas of success and areas of improvement, make recommendations.

Reporting:

Develop reports which showcase data, outcomes, and recommendations for marketing communication channels concisely and clearly.

Other

Campaigns:

Collaborate with colleagues on campaigns with a focus on optimizing digital channels.

Compliance:

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant corporate and/or local regulations and standards (e.g. LGPD, CASL, GDPR).

Additional marketing responsibilities:

Travel:

Up to 20% travel requirement within the Market Region and internationally.

Your expertise

Completed (Bachelor's or Master's) degree in marketing, communications or similar concentration.

Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in marketing. Team leadership experience a plus.

Life science industry experience desirable.

Experience in an international and matrixed organization. Ideally working with cross-cultural teams.

Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)

Leader who can provide guidance and motivation.

Exceptional project management skills to take projects from start to finish.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization. Portuguese and Spanish an advantage.

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Innovative thinker who keeps up-to-date on latest digital trends.

Forward-thinking and ability to find creative solutions to problems/challenges.

Proficient in marketing automation systems (Marketo).

Working knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).

Experience with SEM and SEO including associated platforms (e.g. Google Ads, GDN, BrightEdge).

Expertise with digital Analytics tools Google Analytics, PowerBI.

Familiar with CMS.

Knowledge of LGPD, CASL and GDPR.
