Minimum of 4+ years of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions and consumer fraud.Significant experience handling litigation and pre-litigation matters in state and federal court in Georgia in addition to having a working knowledge of the relevant benches and the civil dispute bar in Atlanta.Previous state court or federal clerkship a plus but not required.Job Competencies & Desired Skills
