Marketing & Sales Specialist - High Voltage Product Packaging

General Information:Hitachi Energy is seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist - High Voltage Product Packaging for its NJ South Brunswick Location.Your Responsibilities:Coordinate technical and commercial proposals for high voltage product packages for electrical substation projects.Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Coordinate sales with responsible product line sales managers and the front end sales team.Assess and calculate sales price.Support commercial master agreements between the product lines.Prepare and conduct commercial risk assessments for the product package.Represent Hitachi Energy in customer pre-bid and post-bid clarification meetings and negotiations.Support market development for the product package solution and introduce new customers.Update SalesForce product database.Your Background:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.Must have work authorization that permits them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.5 years of experience in the respective industry.Teamwork capabilities to coordinate the technical and commercial aspects between different product lines.Preferred experience with the design and product specification of high voltage substations and/or high voltage substation equipment.Preferred knowledge of the North American transmission and distribution grid and developments within the grid.Computer experience with good knowledge of basic programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferred knowledge of SalesForce.Ability to learn and use product-specific programs and calculation tools.Willingness for frequent travel within specified North American countries.
