Night shift Warehouse Freezer Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food processing plant in the Goldsboro area who is hiring a Night shift Warehouse Freezer Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Freezer Supervisor will oversee Freezer Associates and Warehouse personnel
• Supervisor will oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities
• Supervisor will verify shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices
• Supervisor will manage work orders and work assignments to meet shipping and receiving schedules
• Supervisor will oversee storage space, daily flow of product
• Supervisor will manage inventory, rotating product, and identifying slow moving product
• Supervisor will ensure employees adhere to all Food Safety and Quality SOPs

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4 years Warehouse Supervisory experience
• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in food manufacturing and working in controlled temperatures
• Candidates must be able to work in a Freezer Temperature of -20
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and must be a certified Forklift Operator
• High School Diploma/GED required with 5 years warehouse leadership experience; Bachelors degree a plus
• Bilingual with English and Spanish a plus
