the company provides affordable, convenient and accessible air travel throughout the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.What Will You Be Doing?The Sr. Director, Digital & Omnichannel Product oversees the staff, activities, and resources of Frontier’s digital & omnichannel product teams, including responsibility for defining the strategy and roadmap for digital products, leading design/UI-UX and driving continued merchandising optimization across the FlyFrontier.com website, Frontier mobile app, and other channels.Essential FunctionsBuild and own the vision, strategy, and execution of the digital product roadmap across all relevant commercial platforms and channels.Deliver industry-leading self-service capabilities across platforms and products.Lead digital product strategy, optimization, user experience, eCommerce operations and product ownership.Lead the digital user experience and user interface team, defining an effective UI-UX design process.Lead continuous improvement processes for digital/e-commerce platforms.Demonstrate, and develop in staff, expert-level competence in key areas supporting a best-in-class digital experience.Develop analytics strategies and KPIs to measure and monitor the success of the website, mobile app and all other digital touchpoints.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the digital product roadmap.Other FunctionsProvide strong and inspired leadership and direction to a nimble, creative, and high-performing team.Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.Assist in developing team members to deepen the team’s collective skillset and improve overall performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu.Minimum 10 years of overall experience in digital product, e-commerce/omnichannel optimization preferred.5+ years of prior supervisory or demonstrated experience in leadership.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced analytical and quantitative skills.Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to independently prioritize analyses for self and teams.Strong work ethic; delivers results in ambiguous situations.Equipment OperatedStandard office equipment.Supervision ReceivedConsiderable Latitude: The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals.Positions SupervisedDirector, eCommerce & Digital ProductsBase Salary Range $156,520 -$200,000.
