Seeking an organized and experienced executive assistant who has a proven record of efficiency, task-management and results orientation to support senior executives. Skills required include e-mail and calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel booking, internet research and high-level administrative skills as required by a fast-paced, dynamic executive office.

The successful candidate will be professional, discreet, resourceful, responsible, reliable and exceptionally organized. Superior prioritization and multi-tasking skills, as well as strong writing and editing skills, are required.Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and check voicemailManage email, calendar and contactsSchedule calls and meetings and prepare materials as neededTrack email correspondence and projects as directed and follow up with senior staff members as neededBook and organize travel and maintain tracking spreadsheetPerform various administrative tasks such as printing, emailing, drafting letters, proofreading, scanning and creating Word documents and Excel spreadsheetsCreate and submit expense reportsMaintain filing system, both physical and digitalSpecial projects and other tasks as assignedQualifications:At least five years of relevant office work experienceStrong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects and tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailExcellent writing and verbal communication skills.Positive, flexible attitudeAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionAbility to work independently and within a team across the organizationIntermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeLocation:

Hybrid 3 days in office (San Francisco Bay area)Annual Salary : $31.27 - $49.13The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
