Litigation Associate

Our client's New Jersey office is looking for a litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding academic credentials and demonstrate strong abilities in research, writing, and oral advocacy. Preferred qualifications include prior work in a mid to large law firm, with expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing both traditional and electronic discovery, and appearing before state and federal courts. Additional experience in trade secret and non-compete counseling, as well as employment law, is advantageous. Candidates must be actively licensed with the New Jersey Bar, and clerkship experience at the Federal or State Appellate level would be beneficial.
