Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Contribute to the overall growth of the UiPath business practiceTurn process design documents into robust, reliable, automation solutions following Agile software development methodologiesParticipate in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing RPA applications.Follow UiPath best practices related to coding standards, workflow design, testing, and source code controlStay up to date with the latest capabilities of the UiPath PlatformAnalyze RPA workflows to find causes of errors and design solutionsProvide input in process automation meetings, analyze user needs, and determine technical requirementsRequired Qualifications:Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to hold SCIExperience developing automation solutionsWilling to be on-site in DC metro location 4-5 days a week.Experience with UiPath OR .NET development.Preferred Skills:Experience with Federal RPA implementationsFamiliarity and experience using UiPath Platform products, including Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Cloud, etc.Ability to follow best practices for UiPath RPA bot development, code reviews, and source code controlExperience with Unit Testing Defect RemediationExperience providing post-install supportUiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer ProfessionalUiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI ProfessionalSkills:
