Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Contribute to the overall success of the UiPath business practiceDevelop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPathCommunicate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn their 'wish list' into actionable project plansEnsure that best practices are followed during design, development, and delivery of automation projectsLead development efforts of multiple RPA solution teams and participate in code reviews, recommending improvements leading to greater reliability and customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications:Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to hold SCIWilling to be on-site in Washington DC location 4-5 days a weekExperience leading Automation teamDirect experience building, deploying, and managing automations in a production environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated knowledge of complete project life-cycle, from design to delivery, using Agile methodologiesPreferred Skills:Experience with Federal RPA implementationsExperience leading UiPath automation teamExperience with UiPath AI Center, ML Skill setup and deployment, and Document UnderstandingExperience in configuring and managing processes in Orchestrator, including robot setup, queues, triggers, and process monitoringThorough understanding of UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation CloudUiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer ProfessionalUiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI ProfessionalSkills:
