Our Construction client is seeking a General Manager of Operations who will manage and direct operations (Field Management, Installations, Purchasing, Customer Service) to meet company goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and on-time schedules. Prioritize cost efficiency, margins, and overhead management without compromising quality. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and goal achievement. The ideal candidate is organized, a leader, detail-oriented, and has Construction experience.Salary:

Serve as Chief Service Leader, overseeing the 360° Customer Experience.Manage internal and external resources for flawless project execution, supervising and coaching direct reports.Collaborate with Division GMs and Operations to oversee daily Field Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service.Lead and develop project managers and superintendents, ensuring efficient project delivery with both direct hires and third-party resources.Work with Planning & Scheduling to maintain up-to-date project plans and perform Executive Project Manager duties.Ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery, maintaining comprehensive documentation.Play a key role in long-term planning, driving operational excellence, and overseeing field/project financial management.Support strategic and fiscal planning, including capital equipment and budget management.Drive improvements in Support Services and organizational initiatives to enhance long-term operational excellence.Collaborate with the Director of Production and Director of Project Engineering to establish and improve SOPs and targets for Field Support Services.Skills
