Being in growth mode means that we are small enough that no idea is too small for discussion, and everyone can be an impact player.We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading OCM and communications for a large Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This includes leading content creation and approval, training, internal communications, integration with the project teams to track and vet progress, and support of implemented change.Responsibilities:

Influence a change management methodology and tools; to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a projectConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersIdentify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsSupport organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesIntegrate change management activities into the project planDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport change management at the enterprise levelCoordinating any major change across the enterprise, such as policy, technological, operational, and governance changesAnalyzing any requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changesCreate change plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirementsConducting workshops to provide clients with information on any major changesSpotting any change-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftlyQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a similar fieldExperience with and knowledge of change management principles and methodologiesSolid knowledge of change management software, such as JiraExpertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templatesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereAble to work effectively at all levels of an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsChange management certification or designation desiredExcellent managerial skillsStrong analytical skillsSalary Range:

$100,000 - $125,000
