Hybrid (TBD how often) - 1265 Welch Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94305Max Pay Rate:
$35/hr to $43/hr on W2Shift: 8 :00 AM - 4:30 PM PST
**Prior Stanford experience is HIGHLY desired - desiring experience working with Graduate Financial Systems (GFS).
Processing expenses and travel reimbursements, providing administrative assistance to approximately 4 faculty members and their labs.Complete purchase orders and scheduling meetings.Student AppointmentsGFS entries for all postdocs as salary increase 9/1 (entered by 9/15)Reappointment of RA/TA's for Fall Quarter 10/1Maintain GFS recordsStudent J-1 Visa's (currently need to process for a VSR)Appointing New Postdocs (Possibly a student from Rivas lab)Maintain student insuranceReappointments of PostdocsAppoint VSR'sHigh School diploma/GED required minimum
