Associate Account Manager

Honolulu, Hawaii !What You’ll Do
Manage a small book of assigned accountsAttend any required training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirementsProcess certificates of insurance for the teamScan and attach all mail/correspondence in AMS for the team that were not processed by the operations teamRespond to customer emails and phone calls as assigned and if licensedCopy and assemble proposalsAddress policy change requests by processing endorsementsCheck policies to ensure each policy is delivered to the customer within 30 days of receiptReview and verify renewals and issue invoicesIncrease revenue by cross-selling and writing new businessDuties are done in a team environmentOther duties or special projects may be assignedWhat You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with six (6) months of office experience, or high school graduate with a minimum of one (1) year of office environment experienceBasic understanding of insurance and business terminologyFluent with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word, and ExcelAMS360 experience or skills to learn software program at an accelerated abilityExceptional telephone demeanorMust have excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer
