This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales and will be adept at developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.Responsibilities:

Leads, mentors, and manages a sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure team members meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives, driving revenue growth in catering and event sales.Hires, onboards and trains new Sales team members.Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. Attending tastings, client meetings, and events when appropriate.Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities, stay abreast of industry trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Oversees the creation of tailored proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and the company’s offerings.Collaborates with the operations and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from initial client consultation to event day.Develops and manages the sales budget, including forecasting and tracking sales performance against targets.Provides regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.Is committed to excellence.Is interested in growing within a dynamic team.Qualifications:
