Looking For:
A Training Specialist for future support of the TACNET program in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and Bremerton, WA.As a Training Specialist I, you will:Join a well-established team that gives you the opportunity to growMaintain your clearanceReceive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the companyA week in the life of a Training Specialist I:Provide training support services including development of CANES system training requirements and documentation of those requirements in the CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP).Design training solutions, procure HW/SW and engineering services for installation of those training solutions at Fleet Concentration Area (FCA) sites.Develop Navy Standard courses implementing the training solutions and conduct CANES technical training.Job Requirements
Bachelors DegreeActive TS/SCI ClearanceAt least Three (3) years of experience in:Professional training experience in the training development environment.Technical Training in TACNET or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES or other TACNET systems.Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration.Company Overview:
