A Training Specialist for future support of the TACNET program in Norfolk, VA and Honolulu, HI.As a Training Specialist II, you will:Join a well-established team that gives you the opportunity to growMaintain your clearanceReceive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the companyA week in the life of a Training Specialist II:Provide training support services including development of CANES system training requirements and documentation of those requirements in the CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP).Design training solutions, procure HW/SW and engineering services for installation of those training solutions at Fleet Concentration Area (FCA) sites.Develop Navy Standard courses implementing the training solutions and conduct CANES technical training.Job Requirements

Bachelors DegreeActive TS/SCI ClearanceAt least Seven (7) years of experience in:Establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.Technical Training in TACNET or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES or other TACNET systems.Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
