The Marketing and Brand Management department at HuFriedyGroup is a strategic business driver, implementing our company mission and vision across all marketing channels and brand touchpoints. The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will work on a variety of projects including supporting the launch of ecommerce and managing the strategy of our digital communities. In addition to being responsible for developing, executing, and measuring success for each of these, the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will work with our design team and marketing channel owners while also closely collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders and outside vendors.Responsibilities
Leverage digital platforms to optimize community interactions, UX, and conversion, identifying new digital tactics and channels to drive traffic, optimizing the website and content for the search engines, and measuring the effectiveness; executing against all channel KPI’s.Optimize community technology platforms to ensure a compelling customer experience that drives engagement, advocacy, and preference. For example: loyalty & rewards and our recycling program.Develop new email campaigns, strategies and workflows.Manage day to day email marketing operations including:Email list managementEmail creation in Pardot user interfaceEmail A/B testing plansManage daily updates to emails, suggest subject lines, schedule deployment, supervise performanceInfluence brand experience digitally at the global level.Develop specific customer journey maps for the various HuFriedyGroup customer communities that path community members to the next desired action.Recommend and execute site merchandising best practices for optimal conversion.Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on key learnings. Manage dashboard creation for all web KPI’s and translate these data findings into actionable recommendations for campaign performance to be presented to internal teams. Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests.Brainstorm new and creative traffic & conversion growth strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with various teams across the organization to build processes and GTM calendars, to create merchandising plans, and build an execution plan.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication, journalism, new media, English, computer science, web design, or related field/equivalent experience.5+ years of proven experience in creating and managing content for websites, and experience with content management systems such as Shopify and Drupal.Proven experience developing online loyalty & rewards and online communities in digital marketing and/or ecommerce company.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Employees (and their families) may enroll in our company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans and the company’s 401k plan.
