Prepare and present juvenile cases for informal hearings, juvenile arraignments and or to be adjudicated in Juvenile Court as overseen by the Chief Tribal Prosecutor and or Juvenile Prosecutor on behalf of CTWS. Maintain confidentiality of all case-related matters, ensure all laws, codes, policies and procedures are followed, manage a high volume of cases to include maintaining accurate and up to date records and documents. Effectively communicate with juveniles, families, Tribal Court personnel, Tribal, Federal and State agencies.Requirements

Impartiality and discretion are required with acceptable standards of conduct, integrity, judgment and ethics.No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years, to include no violations of tribal law.Must be 21 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years work experience working in a tribal court system.Benefits
