Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.This position is responsible for....The Manager, Contracts Administration manages activities concerned with the preparation, review, implementation, and reporting for Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements, sales contracts, and requests for proposal (RFPs) including Government contracts. They will oversee Breg's Sales Contract Administration, Sales Tracings, and Rebates processes. They will understand how transactions flow through Breg systems to impact reporting, accounting, and commissions and maximize the use of people, processes, and systems in accomplishing team goals. The Manager, Contracts Administration will accomplish the department objectives through management of assigned employees in the Contracts Administration department as well as contributing directly.Your day will be very busy... you will:Partner cross-functionally internally with the National Accounts, Customer Care, Sales, and Legal departments; externally with group purchasing administrators, government personnel, consultants, domestic and international distributors, and business partners within Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).Support National Account Managers and Business Solutions Managers with Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and contract administration.Oversee the preparation of coordinated responses to contracts and bids, including major proposals solicited from Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), as well as response information filings and certifications.Review terms and conditions of contracts; recommend business terms in line with Breg strategic goals. Redline business terms and refer legal terms to the Legal department.Oversee processes and procedures relating to administering pricing through the Oracle system.Manage the process for tracings and rebates on third-party distributor sales. Provide quality control and oversight to the processes and results. Reconcile Accounts Receivable for third-party distributor sales.Drive projects to optimize the Contract Administration team by streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology for automation, compliance, and enhanced customer satisfaction.Establish rigorous performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and continuously improve Sales Contracts productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.Design and implement analytical tools for Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) administrative fees to analyze end customers, identify anomalies, manage membership, and increase overall accuracy. Provide insights regarding trends and changes to enable financial projections and the potential impact of changes in the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) landscape and provide recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.Provide guidance and direction to the Contract Administration team, Field Sales Team, and National Accounts team to support issue resolution, Desk Top Publishing (DTP) training, and achievement of key team objectives.Create and maintain Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership files to ensure fees are paid appropriately and internal reporting is accurate.Lead and facilitate key projects as assigned by leadership.Serve as a subject-matter expert to represent the Contract Administration team.Exercise appropriate financial controls to accurately project admin fee/rebate accruals with the businesses to minimize financial exposure.Inspire confidence in both internal and external customers by continually presenting accurate and professionally represented finished work.Assess staff and provide timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Work with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluate training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.Leadership responsibilities include the selection, development, performance management, and continuous recalibration of staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; perform administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration, and other matters related to employment.What your background will be:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.4+ years experience in sales operations, finance, or contracts administration is required.Experience from a medical device company is preferred.3+ years supervisory experience is required.Must be an expert in the use of Microsoft Excel. Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.Experience with Oracle, CRM, and Power BI is strongly preferred.What we can offer you...Our insurance benefits are effective the 1 st
