As a Certified Payroll Specialist with a background in Human Resources, you will oversee comprehensive payroll processing while integrating HR functions to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Your responsibilities include:Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
Timekeeping and Attendance: Manage timekeeping systems, verify and adjust time records, and address discrepancies.
HR Collaboration: Work with HR to manage employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Employee Relations: Address payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide support on payroll issues.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
Reporting: Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management on payroll metrics and trends.
Working Hours:Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST
