LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Benefits Specialist to join our client’s dynamic HR team in Central San Diego. The ideal candidate will manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. You will ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, assist employees with benefits-related inquiries, and work closely with vendors to provide competitive benefit offerings. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend benefits enhancements, and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminationsProvide guidance on benefits-related issues, ensuring employee satisfactionCollaborate with vendors and brokers to manage benefit plansEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsConduct benefits orientations and assist with open enrollment
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred2+ years of experience in benefits administrationStrong knowledge of benefits regulations and complianceExcellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours:Monday-Friday40 hours per week8:00am-5:00pm PST
