Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients and healthcare providersSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsAssist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiriesUpdate and maintain accurate patient recordsProvide information on services, procedures, and healthcare policiesResolve patient concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency via phone and email
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailIntermediate in MS OfficeAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Working Hours:40 hours per weekMonday- Friday8:00am-5:00pm PSTNo overtime hours
