LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Scheduler to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves conducting a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a temporary 6-9 month contract role within a healthcare setting, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 6:30pm. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and gain new skills!
Responsibilities:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients
Follow up with patients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless scheduling process
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Tuesday-Saturday
10:00am-6:30pm PST

Compensation: $22.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
