Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting problems, and providing relevant information
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes
Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
Previous customer service experience preferred
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST

Compensation $20.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
