As a Senior Pricing professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving pricing excellence for our Energy & Sustainability Solutions business. You will be responsible for owning the Pricing Excellence Function for the Lifecycle Solutions and Technologies business enabling the delivery of all pricing objectives and strategies. Your focus will include performance management, ensuring desired results are delivered, deploying pricing tools, and utilizing analytics. By creating strong partnerships with offering management, key strategic business leaders, and senior management, you will help maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will leverage analytics from transactional, pass-thru, value, and new product pricing to drive margin improvement.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Pricing and you will work out of our Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will influencing strategic direction, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leadership and tactical execution of end-to-end pricing strategy

Serve as primary business partner to the Lifecycle Solutions and Technologies business leader

Build operating rhythm with key stakeholders ensuring pricing initiatives are effectively implemented

Deploy price elasticity analytics to balance price, volume and mix and optimize financial performance

Work across functions to deliver timely price data and analytics to deliver financial commitments

Support PROS price management platform and deal desk tool enhancements

Maintain schedule of executive approval matrices, including discount management analysis, and customer specific target price metrics

Cascade and tailor Honeywell initiatives into Energy Sustainability and Solutions business plans

Ensure consistent communication of pricing changes, and deployments

Report monthly performance on value, transactional, and pass-thru pricing

Actively participate in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP) Price processes

Ad Hoc analytics as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $182,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope

and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

8+ years of experience in Pricing, Offering Management, Finance or Marketing

1+ years of experience generating PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership updates

Strong financial modeling skills as demonstrated by the ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from large/abstract data sets and summarize for executive consumption

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or Statistics

Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance

Absolute comfort with numbers and large volumes of data

Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them

Commercial mindset with the ability to influence leadership

Ability to convey information with clarity and directness

Proactive and proficient communicator with good listening skills

Experience working with teams across multiple sites and time zones

Ability to develop effective working relationships / highly responsive

Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations

Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills

Knows financial concepts and impact of various pricing actions on financial statements

Logical thinking ability, with problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and hands-on experience

Hands-on experience with ERPs (SAP, Business Objects, Business Intelligence), pricing tools (PROS) and other tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI)

Results-focused with a successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
