**THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION WITH THE EXPECTATION TO BE IN OFFICE 40 HOURS PER WEEK**
System Administrator Essential Functions:Install, configure and update software, hardware and network devicesMonitor system performance, security and reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues and outagesEnsure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in placeManage user accounts, permissions and access rightsDocument system configurations, policies and proceduresTrain and assist users on IT-related mattersEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutionsRequirements

Education, Qualifications, Experience:
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field or equivalent experienceProfessional certifications a plusKnowledge of current trends in the IT fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of desktop and network operating systems and applicationsKnowledge of network protocols, firewalls, routers and switchesKnowledge of system security, backup and recovery best practicesProven experience as a system administrator, network administrator or similar roleExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExpectation of Service:
This is a non-exempt 40 hour per week position. Regular and punctual attendance is required.System Administrator Benefits:
