Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a highly qualified Corporate Attorney with 8-10 years of law firm or clerkship experience. The role will primarily focus on transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, divestitures, financings, and general contract matters.
