Must have a
J.D. from a top tier law school , with a record of academic excellence. Must be an active member of the bar in the states of
California or Washington . Product Liability associate with at least
two years of litigation experience
in
product liability practice, preferably in an AmLaw 100 firm or comparable level practice group. Ideal candidate will have experience
representing flagship consumer brands, technology, manufacturing, or aviation companies in mass tort disputes. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.
