Estates Compliance Officer

Location: South Eastern HSC Trust - DundonaldDirect Medics are currently recruiting on behalf of the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust for a Band 6 Estates Compliance Officer to be responsible for the management of estates operations activities relating to the engineering compliance of the built environment, engineering services and physical assets. 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.Requirements:Qualifications:A degree in a relevant subject together with 2 years’ relevant experienceORHND/HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant subject together with 3 years’ relevant experienceORbe due to complete year 2 of the HSC Estates Graduate Training Scheme.Experience:Experience in the use of CAFM and compliance management software.Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience of engineering systems and managing up-to-date methods of maintenance planning.Working knowledge of current Health & Safety Legislation; Best Practice Guidance and Building Services.Skills:Excellent communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full.Ability to manage and control a budget.Ability to work accurately and produce work of a high standard under pressure and to strict deadlines.Excellent administrative and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to undergo appropriate training if required.Benefits:FREE Health Sector Locum Registration with Direct Medics which includes:FREE Fitness to Work CertificateFREE Occupational Health ClearanceFREE Enhanced Access NI CheckFREE Online Core Skills TrainingUp to £1000 for each referral who successfully registers and works with Direct Medics!*Mileage paid at Trust rates.Dedicated Consultant to help develop both you & your career.*T&C’s Apply.Salary:
