Salary:$22 - $24 per hour
Position DescriptionUnder general direction, the Visual Communications Assistant assists the sales team in the administration of daily center operations.
Responsibilities
Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate individual.
Assist the Franchise owner as needed by contacting customers when orders are ready for pickup, labeling and mailing marketing materials and follow-up letters when requested, delivering orders as needed, and assisting with ordering promotional items for clients and in center. Track and monitor orders in the WIP queue.
Assist with in-store marketing initiatives (postcards, flyers, etc.).
Assist with A/R report and following up on open invoices.
Order and manage office supplies; make sure departmental needs are met.
Assist Franchise owner as needed (i.e., contact vendors for pricing, shipping updates, minor project management, estimate follow-up, and customer services' needs).
Process daily reconciliation. Process mail and post payments daily.
Assist Franchise owner by scheduling installations, QC owners’ orders, and contacting clients when orders are ready.
Social Media - post to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn at least 3 times a week. Respond to reviews weekly.
Assist with Click 2 Sell.
Maintain store appearance by vacuuming, emptying trash cans, cleaning counters and windows, straightening showroom, updating in-store merchandising, and keeping area neat.
