Handle and manage medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex healthcare issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in the healthcare industry.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex healthcare cases.Attend court hearings, depositions, and conferences related to medical malpractice matters.Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations.Assist in developing case strategies and legal arguments specific to medical malpractice litigation.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in Connecticut.2-5 years of experience in Medical Malpractice.Skills:
