Come join our team!Job Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data quality & governance methodologies, and a deep understanding of data principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization maintains high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. A Data Quality Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality rules, and metrics across the organization. Also responsible for identifying data quality issues and analyzing data issues reported across the organization, perform root cause analysis to help resolve the issues. This role involves evaluating data against defined quality metrics, identifying discrepancies or anomalies, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.Must Have:Bachelor's degreeA minimum of 5 years experience in/with data quality, and data governance and/or enterprise data management; OR 9 years experience in lieu of degreeExperience building data quality rules and metrics, managing data quality and monitoring jobs.Experience in BI and visualization tools and any of the Data Governance tools (Tableau, PBI, etc.)Knowledge of basic ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesExcellent Data visualization and analytics skillsProficient with any of the Data Quality tools (Informatica, Collibra, etc.) and in data querying and validating data outputsWork closely with stakeholders to communicate, measure and improve data quality standards and their importance to the organizationAbility to understand and interpret technical design and solution architecture documentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Nice to Have:Experience with SQL Server: Database modeling and architectureInteraction with data in and out of SalesforceJust a few of the benefits offered to employees:Promotes Work/Life BalanceHybrid Work Schedule (2-3 days from home)Health insurance/ dental reimbursement planAmple Paid time off401(k)PensionFlexible Spending AccountLife insuranceTuition reimbursementPaid Parental LeavePet InsuranceStudent Loan Refinance2 days off to work at a charity event of your choiceThe American Dental Association is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
