Staff Technical Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Staff level Technical Program Manager (PM) to join the Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services's PM team. A background in infrastructure, servers, networks, and experience with cloud operations and data center operations is required. You will partner with several teams including engineers, support teams, and product managers to onboard customers. Reporting to the Manager, Cloud Operations you'll be responsible for:

Manage the entire project lifecycle. Coordinate and develop activities related to Operations Project Management such as planning, Project kick-off, developing project plans, tracking activities and closure of projects.

Manage customer-facing project deliverables and communication.

Develop processes, program templates, and documentation.

Provide coordination and team communications.

Provide management level visibility and reporting on project status and risk.

Be the contact for project associated status and information.

Maintain operation information systems; use project management tools (dashboards, Jira, Confluence).

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

8+ years of hands-on technical project or program management experience in networking preferably within security, cloud operations, infrastructure or data center technologies in the IT industry in a cloud/SaaS environment.

Experience collaborating with VP-Level partners and navigate executive-level communications.

Experience working on projects simultaneously and collaboratively across organizations to build effective working relationships.

U.S Citizenship.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or Business.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of ISO 270001, Federal and DoD compliance authorizations (e.g., FedRAMP High, DoD IL5).

PMP, Scrum Master Certification.
