Through health centers, programs in schools and communities, and online resources, Planned Parenthood is a trusted source of reliable education and information that allows people to make informed health decisions.POSITION SUMMARY:As a key member of the PPLM Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will support finance operations and handle general accounting projects, including month close entries and general ledger accounts reconciliations, with a heavy emphasis and focus on fundraising accounting and reporting and maintenance and reporting for government and other grants.Responsibilities:

Support recording and review of complex accounting transactionsAnalysis and reconciliations of key accountsWork closely with the development department and key program managers to support grant management and reportingBuild and maintain fundraising and campaign reporting tools to support PPLM’s current major fundraising campaignAssist with annual budget process and related financial analysisOversight and support of projects, audits, and periodic external filingsPrepare reports and reconciliations for annual financial auditPrepares and review various journal entries and monthly close tasks to produce timely financial statement productionOther tasks and responsibilities as neededParticipation in PPLM’s efforts to achieve goals for productivityQualifications:
