1+ years' experience in Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation requiredCurrently licensed in the state of North CarolinaStrong writers with deposition and mediation experience preferredCandidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independentlyPrefer candidates that are organized and self-motivatedAdditional Information
