We search for technically brilliant individuals in engineering, software, and support fields who take ownership of their work, enjoy collaborating in teams, and have a laser focus on the details that drive excellence.Honeybee Robotics is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician that is responsible for the production and testing of electrical assemblies, assembly of printed circuit board assemblies, harnesses, and polymeric processes. The technician will also be responsible for the upkeep, orderliness, and inventory of the electronics lab and related assembly areas.Responsibilities:
Soldering and PCBA assembly and reworkGeneral knowledge of electronics test equipment: Oscilloscope, DMM, Function Gen, etc.Fabrication of cable harnesses in compliance with NASA STD 8739.4Ownership and support of electronics test lab and equipmentBoard and system test and debugElectronics test support: EMI/EMC, Vibration, ThermalTest set developmentSupport engineering team in various projectsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent4+ years working in an engineering field and/or electronic assembly environmentHands-on experience with most of the following:Electronics hardware assembly via IPC J STD-001Harness assembly per NASA STD 8739.4 or IPC-620Polymerics application per NASA STD 8739.1Quality systems, procedures, and processesWorking with ESD-sensitive equipment and mitigation techniquesSpace flight hardware validation & verification experience a plusCompensation and Benefits:
