As a key player in our team, you'll manage a busy docket of general liability claims with guidance from experienced attorneys. This position is perfect for those eager to gain hands-on experience rather than just assisting behind the scenes.Responsibilities:
Handle a docket of general liability cases, with minimal oversight.Conduct legal research.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.Provide legal advice and maintain accurate case files.Qualifications:
