Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Supervisor of the Wound Care Clinic provides leadership in the oversight of operations and employees in the Wound Clinics. Operational oversight includes areas of scheduling, registration, treatment authorizations, documentation, coding, charge entry, collections, denial processes, and compliance with regulatory and legal entities. Assists Manager and Director in the development of the department operational and capital budget. Oversees quality management and performance improvement within the department. Staff supervision of both clinical and non-clinical employees includes managing employee performance, hiring process, training and orienting, and conducting staff meetings. Responsible for maintaining department policies and processes. Ensures all vendor representatives are in compliance with Hoag policy while on property. Provides clinical care on an as-needed basis as a physical therapist. Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:Previous supervisory experience required. PhD degree in Physical Therapy preferred or BSN: Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.Minimum of 3 years wound care experience.License Required:Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing with the Physical Therapy Board of California required or RN license.Hoag is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
