Today, our teams are spread across 44 countries and serve 160 countries with the support of a large distribution network.In this role, you will lead a top-flight recruiting team supporting Americas talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for building, managing and developing a high performing recruiting team and successfully deliver results around hiring targets. You will partner and consult with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and various business partners to define and execute against our talent acquisition strategy.Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Propose and implement innovative strategies in order to source top candidates utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, social media, internal succession plans, job fairs, networking, trade shows, employee referrals, etc.Manage the performance and development of members of the Talent Acquisition team, capacity planning, performance management, establishing key metrics, removing barriers for the team, and mentoring.Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and other recruiting partners) to forecast future needs.Champion collaborative relations between Biom

rieux and major universities in order to implement and execute against

our campus recruiting

strategy.Design and drive innovative projects and campaigns to attract top talent while promoting the

as an employer of choice.Maintain familiarity to all applicable laws governing the recruiting and hiring process, including OFCCP.Maintain and monitor

recruiting tools, including training managers on the effective use of these tools and the recruiting process.Conduct ROI analysis and make recommendations for various recruiting tools and platforms.Conduct deep data analysis around talent data to make informed decisions and propose solutions.Responsible for developing and executing against DEI strategy.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field from an accredited college or university.2+ years experience in leading recruiting teams6+ years progressive experience in talent acquisitionExperience in developing and executing against DEI strategiesExperience in leading teams through change management
