You’ll be a key partner to the CEO, helping us stay focused on growth while maintaining high standards of executionKey Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals and monitor financial performance to drive improvementsBusiness & Data Analysis:
Oversee data analytics to identify key business drivers and optimize decision-making. Develop data governance strategies to ensure data accuracy and securityFinancial Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, board, and other stakeholders. Communicate financial insights clearly and conduct training to promote financial literacy within the organizationFinancial Controls & Risk Management:
Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets, identify risks, and ensure regulatory complianceCapital Raising & Investor Relations:
Manage financial documentation for capital raising, and engage with investors to communicate financial performance and strategyTeam Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing finance and data analytics team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed for successWhat Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):Develop a data-driven capital allocation strategy that optimizes investments with high ROI across departmentsImplement operational efficiency strategies to maximize ROI across business functionsQualifications:10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysisProven experience in leading finance teams in dynamic, operations-heavy environmentsStrong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience with SaaS metricsExcellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendationsExperience with fundraising, capital raising, and investor relationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)Key Competencies:Leadership:
