Business Development Manager

SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.Meet and exceed sale metrics and goals.Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Coordinate and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Assist in the process of ensuring receivables are collected in a timely manner.REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its challenges.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 - 5 years of successful sales or business development experience in the staffing industry.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSLess than 5%
