Key Responsibilities:Greeting all visitors, clients and employeesOverseeing the "Welcome" experienceLiaison to lobby security for external visitors and contractors.Concierge supportCoat and luggage check inWelcome packetsCoffee servicesReservation assistanceCar service assistanceOffice supply ordering/stocking - Coffee/ Kitchen amenity stockingReception functionsGreeting visitorsAnswering incoming callsNew Hire Onboarding Support & Creating BadgesRegistering visitorsMonitoring Reception MetricsManaging the Reception InboxVendor ManagementInvoicing and coding.Facilities Management:Works in conjunction with the Facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order.Amenity support:Onsite client or internal meetingsOnsite client or internal eventsDesk & Conference room reservationsGeneral (other) administrative supportBasic IT SupportKey Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills: Receptionist or Concierge Services, Event management and Facilities Management , Spanish (Preferred).Hospitality experience.Event experience.Customer service and front desk experience.Administrative support.Fluent in English (must) and Spanish (preferred).Our client is a leading
