Business Development Manager - Luxury USA West Coast

with Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will be responsible to grow, lead and manage all luxury sales efforts targeting high-end TA`s primarily in the USA with special focus in the Impression Brand. You will focus on the highest end retail consortia, TA and direct booking channels as well as coordinating the sales efforts and relationships with upscale wholesaler and distribution channels. You will concentrate in developing and creating awareness towards the Impression Brand in all sales distribution channels including but not limited to online travel agencies, Consortia Partners, luxury tour operators, AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts and more. You will be responsible for creating awareness of the luxury resorts and brands; liaison with the Regional Directors Sales and Director of Sales Consortia and Luxury Brands on global strategies and maximize revenues in the USA through coordinated retail and partner marketing efforts and relationships.

A successful Business Development Manager - Luxury USA West Coast will:

BE LOCATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIACreate and execute strategic sales actions for all third-party luxury channelsMaximize sales and drive revenues at the retail and wholesale/partner levelCoordinate and execute joint sales calls with primary partnersRepresent brands at various associations, trade shows, road shows and other eventsAssist with sales plans, benchmarking, owner reports, marketing plans as neededImpeccably maintain partner databasesReport to management on trends and market developmentsBuild relationships with Business Partners and 3rd party vendorsTake initiative to go beyond the ordinary to differentiate us from the competition and create loyaltyBring fresh new ideas to the organization in order to create new business opportunitiesPerform other related duties as requiredRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExisting network of high-end leisure luxury channels and segmentsProven ability of generating and increasing sales in given territorySolid understanding and experience in hospitality industryAbility to present to large audiences (50-350 travel agents) and work well under pressureStrong management experience with superior written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills, highly detail-oriented and results drivenStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent analytical skills with ability to independently gather, collate, validate and analyze dataAdvanced MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.Ability to travel with a valid passportSince 2021, ALG Vacations has been part of the Hyatt family.
