These are a few examples of how we continue to foster a great atmosphere in the office.We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and will manage your own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases. A typical day consists of meeting with in-person consultations and then leading a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding a client's legal needs. A hybrid work schedule is an option for this position.Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualifications:

We are looking for an attorney who practices in both New Jersey and PennsylvaniaA minimum of four (4) years of legal experience is neededA minimum of 2-3 years of Elder Law and/or Estate Planning preferredFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelGo-getter with a strong work ethicKnowledge of Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus but not requiredConveys confidence in person, phone, and in courtShows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their challenging timesDemonstrates exceptional communication skillsDetail-oriented - quality and precision-focusedOutcome-oriented - results-focused with a strong performance cultureStable - traditional, stable, strong processesTeam-oriented - cooperative and collaborativeHonesty – Instills respect for all and is ethical/trustworthy in all of the firm’s actions.Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
