Manages the scholarship process for assigned units. Counsels and advises students on scholarship opportunities.Manages scholarship program for assigned academic units.Advises and trains units to administer their scholarships using Blackbaud Award Management.Monitors annual budget, collects applications, coordinates review committees, awards students and reconciles accounts.Creates, sends, and responds to correspondence relating to scholarships.Develops and facilitates informational workshops for current and incoming students. Coordinates and executes event logistics and special projects for the Office of Scholarships.Counsels and advises students individually to discuss possible scholarship opportunities.Prepares reports and analyzes aid data which may be utilized for historical analysis and monitoring funds.Advises departments in the use of scholarship funds to meet enrollment goals. Monitors account expenditures and works with units on unspent scholarship funds.Ensures that enrollment service policies, processes, and procedures are in compliance with FERPA and State regulations related to the confidentiality of student records.May supervise lower-level staff including but not limited to training, directing, and evaluating the work of others and is highly accountable to the work of the program, as required.Serves as a University card user for departmental transactions. Adheres to University credit card policies and procedures. May handle cash or check transactions as needed.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.Desired Qualifications
