Minimum 10+ years of experience.Excellent skills working as Scrum Master and experience with delivering small scale to larger programs.Scrum Master certification is must.Agile, Sprint, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban tools.Knowledgeable of open source and commercial tools associated with big data platform.Comfortable managing/leading virtual teams and delivering in fast track agile based delivery.Strong communication and client management skills.Solving environment preferred experience working in a banking and financial service company.Certified Safe Scrum Master is required.
