Performs complex contracts negotiations for DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Venues in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Builds and maintains DAS Venue supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Owns and executes on strategic initiatives. Leads and supports contract negotiations with vendors, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable terms, mitigate risks, and secure mutually beneficial agreements. Develops negotiation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, considering factors such as risk tolerance, financial implications, and long-term relationships with counterparties.Main ResponsibilitiesNegotiating and ensuring the proper execution of contractual documents including but not limited to master lease agreements, letter agreements, and site-specific leases and amendments. Responsibilities include: (i) Reviewing contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks, ambiguities, and areas for negotiation or clarification; (ii) Conducting thorough analysis to ensure contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements; (iii) Negotiating contract terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, indemnities, dispute resolution mechanisms, and termination clauses.Draft contract documents, incorporating negotiated terms and conditions, using standardized templates or customized agreements. Redline contract drafts to track changes and ensure consistency with negotiated terms. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contract negotiations, correspondence, and agreements, ensuring compliance with recordkeeping policies and facilitating audit trails for future reference or dispute resolution.Cultivate positive relationships with counterparties, building rapport and trust through effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution during contract negotiations and throughout the contract lifecycle.Continuously assess and improve contract negotiation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes. Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future negotiations.Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, operations, and regional/market teams, including technical personnel, to align contract negotiations with organizational objectives and address any concerns or requirements.Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or Engineering (or equivalent work experience) required.Work Experience:4-7 years Experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in telecommunications or real estate required.4-7 years strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and contract drafting principles. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProject Management: Able to identify and resolve critical project impacting issues; impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Microsoft Office: Emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Communication: Ability to effectively connect and communicate with all employee levels and levels of management.DAS/Venue Site Development: Technical knowledge of DAS systems preferred. Knowledge of site development processes and issues with specific expertise in the following areas: construction, logistics, real estate acquisition, zoning, site compliance and external affairs.Travel:

$113,100 - $153,000The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
