Then it's time to join Western Union as a Director, Counsel, Litigation.Western Union powers your pursuit.This high-impact position within the Litigation Team is responsible for managing significant litigation matters, advising on litigation risk, and driving favorable results for the Company. More specifically, you will:Role Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of global litigation matters, including significant litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.Partner with legal professionals and attorneys to address escalated subpoenas, consumer complaints, and eDiscovery issues.Report to senior and executive leaders on litigation risk and strategy.Regularly partner and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Business colleagues on cross-functional projects.Drive successful partnerships with outside counsel and manage litigation budgets.Positively impact the customer experience.Role Requirements:Experience:
Minimum 6 years as a litigation attorney with relevant, practical experience in a law firm, a corporate legal department, and/or the government.Education:
JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.Technical Skills:
Litigation management, legal research and writing, budget management, proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Other Attributes:

Join us for what’s next.Salary:The on-target earnings range is $150,000 - $210,000 per year as a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
